DuRant Martin

Originally from Lancaster, SC DuRant moved to

Mullins, SC in 1975 where he graduated from Mullins High School in 1981. He then moved to Myrtle Beach

where he attended Coastal Carolina University studying Business Administration and Horry Georgetown Technical College studying Real Estate enabling him to successfully pass and acquire his real estate license at the age of 18.

DuRant presently retains a Brokers License in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He has a vast knowledge in Commercial Properties, Subdivisions, Condominiums and Residential Homes ensuring that his clients are well informed in their real estate transactions.

DuRant is married with 4 daughters and 1 son. He presently serves on the Board of Deacons and is the Sunday School Superintendent at Mullins Presbyterian Church. He presently serves on the board of The Greater Mullins Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors/National Association of Realtors/SC Realtors Association

Robert Schneider

Bob graduated from Victory High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia and went on to earn a BS degree from Salem College and a Masters degree from West Virginia University. He coached and taught school in Doddridge County, West Virginia and Harrison County, West Virginia. Bob also coached college basketball at Cal Poly and Virginia Tech.
 

Bob became a licensed real estate agent in 1987 and

a licensed broker in 1990. Bob is also licensed in State of North Carolina. Bob and his partner, DuRant Martin, have offices in Mullins, South Carolina and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Bob is a member of the Coastal Carolina Board of Realtors, North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and Little River Elks Club.

He is the father of two children, four grandchildren

Ralph Hunn

Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Ralph has lived in Myrtle Beach since 1972.  His first venture in real estate was

in 1983, was with his father, Erich Hunn, who has been

a real estate broker in the area for more than 30 years. 

Ralph has worked in the restaurant business with his family, has been an award winning sales leader in automobile sales, has owned his own highly popular restaurant & nightclub- Night Moods- and owned/operated a national sign franchise. 

For more than 30 years, Ralph has built a strong reputation of serving his customers, and is well-known for his thoughtfulness and caring spirit.  Today, he applies these strong attributes to his career in real estate, giving the extra energy to building a relationship of trust and service for each client he serves.  Ralph lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife, Martha, and his daughter, Brigitte.

Rosette Fisher

Rosette has 24 years experience in the Community Development/Housing fields. She retired as Executive Director of Community Development for the City of Sharon, PA, which was funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Additional positions held include Housing Rehabilitation Specialist and Code Inspector.

Rosette is the mother of twins, a son and daughter and has one grandson.

Her hobbies include golf, fishing and long, relaxing days

on the beach with her husband, children and grandson. Relocating to the Myrtle Beach area after retirement, she brought her vast knowledge of community planning, housing financing and building codes to pursue her goal in Real Estate. Dawn Floyd

Dawn was born in Hemingway, SC but was raised in Mullins, SC. She graduated from Pee Dee Academy and later Francis Marion University with a BS in Early Childhood Education. She has taught school since 1978. Besides teaching, Dawn loves real estate. She attended Fortune Academy in Myrtle Beach and acquired her real estate license in 2004. She is a member of the Pee Dee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. 

Her and her husband, Allen, have two children. Dawn and Allen are members of Mullins First Baptist Church. Her hobbies include gardening, decorating and shopping.

Terri is a native of Nakina, NC (a small town approximately 25 minutes from North Myrtle Beach).  She graduated from Nakina High School in 1990.  She then attended Associated Schools, Inc. in North Miami Beach, FL to obtain her degree in the travel industry.  She worked as a travel agent and then went into banking where she worked in bookkeeping and loan operations.

She became licensed in real estate in 2005 in both North and South Carolina.  She is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors.

Terri attends church at the Nakina Pentecostal Holiness Church with her two children, Blake and Brooke, where she has been a life long and active member.

When not at work, Terri enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the beach, watching movies, gardening, shopping and working out at the gym.

Linda is originally from Brooklyn, NY but grew up in the Oxon Hill, Maryland area and graduated from Oxon Hill High School.  As an adult, she relocated to the Southern Maryland area, which is where Linda and her husband, Hutch, were living prior to relocating to the Myrtle Beach area in the summer of 2003.  They have settled in the Allsbrook Community, which is just outside of Loris.

With her move to Carolina Realty & Associates, Linda brings with her a career of over 25 years of combined mortgage banking and real estate experience.  Linda is currently licensed and able to originate mortgage loans in the states of Maryland, South Carolina and North Carolina.  She is a current member of both the Coastal Carolina and the National Associations of Realtors.  Linda is looking forward to assisting, not only past customers and clients with any future real estate needs they may have, but is also looking toward making many new friends in the industry while assisting new buyers with the purchase of either their primary residence, 2nd home or investment property.

Karen Sarah Boley

Karen spent most of her life in both Maryland and Virginia, but always had a deep desire to move farther south for the milder winters.  In 2005 she moved to the Myrtle Beach area with her family.

Since graduating high school she spent several years working in Office Administration, working in Real Estate investing, attending college part time and caring for her family.  She is now devoted to the Real Estate business and is currently licensed in South Carolina for Real Estate Sales. She is currently a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Karen is hard working, caring and God-fearing. Ginie Deans

Ginie has lived most of her life in the Carolina's and graduated from East Carolina University with a Business Administration degree.  Since graduation she has traveled extensively and has had a plethora of jobs.  Recently, she has moved back to the area and received her real estate license in North and South Carolina and she is a member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors.  She has been a member of the United Methodist Church all of her life.  She is vivacious and ready to assist you with your real estate needs.
